If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase, such as a faulty or corrupted file, or the product not matching its description, please contact us at samadhi.services.contact@gmail.com and we will resolve this promptly, including a refund where appropriate.

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once files have been downloaded.

For the Samadhi OS Setup Service and Ongoing Operational Support, work delivered is non-refundable. These are time-based professional services, and once work has begun, that time and expertise cannot be returned.
